The Strengths Journal is based on research. It guides parents to connect with their child in non-judgemental conversations. Help children to understand themselves better; how they like to interact with others, what gives them energy, and what is important to them.

It is a downloadable interactive PDF that you save securely on your computer. Email it to yourself to create a backup.
Do I need any special equipment to use the Strengths Journal?
Only Adobe Acrobat Reader. Make sure it is the most recent version so that there are no glitches with the formatting.
Is it available in print?
Not at this time. If you are interested in receiving it in print – let us know!
Can teachers or after school providers use the Strengths Journal?
Yes! We can license it to a group. It has also been used with kids in foster care. Contact us for more information.

It helps children to understand themselves better; how do they like to interact with others, what gives them energy, and what is important for them. Please note: strengths and qualities can change as the child develops, so make sure you check in often!
